The published rates for PBA Health ProfitGuard matching warehouse rebates will change beginning Saturday, January 1, 2022.

Participants in PBA Health’s Generic Compliance Program (GCP) and PBA Health’s Chain Pricing Program (CPP) will now have access to the same matching warehouse rebate structure.

Members of both programs will benefit from recently expanded inventories of program items at the highest possible rebate levels. Rebates for both programs will be reported and paid as part of PBA Health’s standard monthly ProfitGuard rebate cycle.

These changes will reward increased generic performance while maintaining the value, quality and service you expect from your partners at PBA Health.

  • GCR = Monthly generic compliance ratio for purchases measured and total generic purchases, including CPP and/or GCP items, divided by total Rx purchases.
  • CPP/GCP = Chain Pricing Program (CPP) / Generic Compliance Program (GCP)
  • Must maintain ProfitGuard membership in good standing and with a current account.
  • Must maintain minimum requirements of GPO / wholesaler supplier agreement.
  • PBA Health reserves the right to change this rebate structure at any time in its sole discretion and will provide at least 30 days prior notice.

A $1 surcharge will apply to all orders beginning Saturday, January 1, 2022.

This fee is in direct response to assessments of fuel surcharges by UPS and FedEx. These are based on the National U.S. Average On-Highway Diesel Fuel Price for Ground Services and the National Average U.S. Gulf Coast Jet Fuel Prices for Air Services.
