There has been a recall of Accuretic tablets distributed by Pfizer as well as two authorized generics distributed by Greenstone. This recall was initiated due to the presence of N-nitroso-quinapril above the Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) level. To date, Pfizer has not received reports of any adverse events associated with this recall.

Any pharmacy with affected product should contact Sedgwick at 888-843-0247 regarding product return. Additionally, pharmacies should contact any patients they dispensed to– patients are instructed to contact the same Sedgwick phone number regarding return and reimbursement.
